About my series + the first lines of each chapter.
I was sick with the flu so I splurged on Amazon Prime, because that is what the modern human does. I saw some movies through a screenwriter/scriptreader perspective and some impressed me, some did not. I recommend this movie to feminists who want to have a good time 😀 It is not going to be the best movie of the year, but it will bring out some laughs and the acting is great!
There is an upside to having the flu and high fever: I couldn't literally do anything else around the house besides shivering under the covers and watching movies. Overall, Spectre was a dissapointment. If you want a real action movie, I recommend you focus on THE EXPENDABLES series. I hope they do a better job with the next 007 movie.
I have done some drama at school and during English Camps, but I kinda neglected acting during my studies. I am glad I took it up again, and after some screenacting and improv classes I found a super Play in a Day Festival that I could accomodate around my fulltime day job. I met the amazing team from TLS Frankfurt (Theater Language Studio ) last year and when they said they were doing this festival, I swore I will be part of it. I applied and got accepted as an ACTOR!
Biochemistry class can be boring... unless there's a boom!
Because Christmas is around the corner, my husband wanted to watch his favorite holiday movie, Christmas Vacation, with Chevy Chase as the patriarch of the Griswalds. As a grown-up, I have interpreted it from a feminist point of view and I must say, this movie does not belong on my list of feminist movies. Why?
I am not the first one to say it. Now will I be the last one: Christmas = consumerism, and this phenomenon is distroying the true spirit of this holiday, a lot of our moral values and THE ENVIRONMENT.
Suicide is a subject that has always interest me as a writer and a doctor. What does ''I'm fine'' mean? What is your opinon about the matter? Post a comment after you've read the articel. Would love to chat.
When you are watching a show, you decide quite fast if it is worth watching or not. You usually don't do it consciously, you just feel it in your gut. Take a moment and think about it. How do you judge a movie/series? Here is my 5 Paws criteria. Looking forward to hearing your opinions:)
